TL;DR: Online-only coaching (not medical advice). Youth clients allowed with parent/guardian consent. Primary program is a one-time fee for a 12-week transformation; KY residents pay 6% sales tax. Service Overview (Online-Only Coaching)
Scope: OniFrame provides fitness coaching and education delivered online. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical, physical therapy, or nutrition therapy services. Nothing on this site or in our coaching is medical advice. If you have red-flag symptoms or a medical concern, stop and seek care from a licensed clinician.
Eligibility & Minors
Clients must be able to enter a binding agreement. Youth clients are permitted for age-appropriate programs when a parent or legal guardian provides written consent and signs all required onboarding documents. We may require proof of identity and relationship for safety.
Pricing, Billing & Taxes
- Billing: Our primary program (OniFrame Rebuild – 12 Week Transformation) is billed as a one-time payment prior to service start. Optional add-ons may be billed separately.
- Kentucky sales tax: If your billing address is in Kentucky, a 6% sales tax is added at checkout.
- Price changes: We may update pricing with notice for future purchases. Prices for completed purchases do not change retroactively.
- Nonpayment: We may suspend services until payment issues are resolved.
Cancellations, Refunds & Pauses
- Cancel anytime before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect on the next cycle.
- No refunds once a billing cycle begins. No proration for partial months.
- Pauses: up to 4 weeks per calendar year with at least 7 days’ notice. Programming pauses during a pause. Billing continues unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Client Responsibilities
- Complete onboarding forms truthfully, including health history and waivers. For youth clients, a parent or legal guardian must complete and sign.
- Follow the plan and safety instructions. If you experience pain, dizziness, or other red flags, stop and seek medical care.
- Maintain an active payment method and keep contact information up to date.
Communication & Service Windows
- Coach reply window: within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends.
- Check-ins and plan reviews are delivered through the app or video messages as described in your Welcome Packet.
Intellectual Property
All plans, programs, checklists, videos, and documents we provide are OniFrame intellectual property. You are granted a non-transferable, personal license to use them while an active client. You may not redistribute, share, or resell program content.
Assumption of Risk & Release
You understand that exercise carries inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in exercise and coaching. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release OniFrame and its owners, coaches, and contractors from liability for ordinary negligence related to your participation.
Results Not Guaranteed
We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on adherence, training history, recovery, health status, and nutrition.
Account Termination
We may terminate coaching for violation of these Terms or abusive behavior. If we terminate for cause, no refunds are provided.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Updates apply on your next billing cycle after posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
