Service Agreement
Coaching Services: OniFrame provides online personal training and nutrition coaching services. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing our coaching relationship.
- Services are provided remotely via digital platforms
- Coaching includes personalized training programs and nutrition guidance
- Weekly check-ins and unlimited messaging support included
- Optional monthly video calls available for additional fee
Payment Terms
Monthly Subscription: Coaching services are billed monthly at $125 USD. Payment is due on the first of each month.
- Monthly fee: $125 USD (Founders Club rate)
- Optional video calls: +$50 USD per session
- Payments processed securely through approved platforms
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Refunds subject to 30-day cancellation policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Terms: You may cancel your coaching subscription at any time with 30 days written notice.
- 30-day notice required for cancellation
- No refunds for partial months of service
- Refunds only available within first 30 days of service
- Cancellation must be submitted in writing
- Service continues until end of paid period
Client Responsibilities
Your Commitments: As a client, you agree to fulfill certain responsibilities to ensure successful coaching outcomes.
- Complete weekly check-ins and progress updates
- Follow prescribed training and nutrition protocols
- Communicate honestly about progress and challenges
- Provide accurate health and fitness information
- Maintain regular communication with your coach
Coach Responsibilities
Our Commitments: OniFrame coaches commit to providing professional, evidence-based coaching services.
- Provide personalized training and nutrition programs
- Respond to messages within 24 hours
- Conduct weekly progress reviews
- Maintain professional coaching standards
- Provide ongoing support and guidance
Intellectual Property
Program Ownership: All training programs, nutrition plans, and coaching materials remain the property of OniFrame.
- Programs are for personal use only
- Sharing or distributing programs is prohibited
- Custom programs are tailored to individual needs
- Programs may not be resold or redistributed
Limitation of Liability
Service Limitations: OniFrame's liability is limited as outlined in this agreement.
- Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual
- OniFrame is not liable for injuries sustained during training
- Maximum liability limited to amount paid for services
- No liability for indirect or consequential damages
